Profiles - "Understanding"
Health & Wellness Based - "Lifestyle"
Performance Based - "Athlete"
Expanding on what students learned in session one, students are taught goal writing, profile development and participate in individualized fitness programs which they design. These programs are created by the student and personalized specifically for their personal goals. Profiles are based on two categories - Health/Wellness or Athlete. Included in the profile is a running record of fitness scores which allow students to frequently monitor and track their progress. These are great opportunities for students to monitor their progress in each fitness area in order to evaluate where they are in reaching their goal. Fitness areas include; cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, upper body strength, abdominal strength and core/balance.
